Membership Privacy Policy

The Association collects personal information from its members to;

  1. Allow the provision to members of information they have requested;
  2. Provide members with information on products and services offered by the Association and other associate organisations;
  3. Use their name and mailing address to advise them of Association activities and to undertake the normal running of the Association;

Personal information held by the Association is restricted to that provided by the member on the application form for membership of the Association.

Members can access their information held on record, or obtain a copy of this Privacy Statement from the Secretary.

Members can change any of their previously provided information.

Members can lodge a privacy issue complaint in writing to the Secretary for consideration and response. Such complaint once made, may be referred for mediation in accordance with the Community Justice Centres Act 1983 and any time constraints imposed by the mediator are to be complied with.
